AGNF was originally positioned as an education provider for emergency medicine but had significantly expanded its portfolio over the years. Various services were bundled under a single brand without a clear structure or strategic differentiation. Internally, uncertainty arose about what the organization actually stood for and how the individual offerings should be classified. Externally, a precise target group approach was missing, which diluted the sharpness of the brand. In addition, the brand presence did not reflect the professional standard of the services provided. For a continuously growing organization, this lack of clarity increasingly became a strategic risk.
The goal was to strategically reorganize the organization and develop a robust brand architecture. The brand was intended to be clearly positioned in the future and to address different target groups in a differentiated way. At the same time, AGNF as the umbrella brand was meant to gain a stronger profile and provide orientation, while specialized topics could appear independently. The brand presence was designed to make professionalism, future viability, and subject-matter expertise visible. The website was intended to function as the central instrument for information, structure, and brand management.
Clear separation between the umbrella brand and product brands creates strategic orientation for employees and target groups.
A clear positioning strengthens identification and internal alignment.
A professionalized brand presence reflects the organization’s level of performance.
The new website and design system ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
