After eight years under the Valeo brand umbrella, Spheros once again stood on its own. While the brand was well known in the market, it was strategically and visually strongly shaped by its former corporate affiliation. What was missing was a clearly defined, independent positioning that conveyed both the brand’s historical trust and its new ambitions. Internal and external audiences needed orientation: what does Spheros stand for today – and where is the company heading? Without a clear brand architecture and a consistent appearance, the newly regained independence risked being perceived not as a strength, but as a disruption.
The goal was to reposition Spheros as a confident premium provider of thermal solutions in the commercial vehicle sector and to establish a clear international profile. The brand was meant to preserve its heritage while presenting itself as future-oriented and innovation-driven. Strategically, the objective was to create a robust brand platform that provides guidance for management, sales, marketing, and HR alike. The new brand appearance was designed to be globally scalable and to offer international subsidiaries clear direction for communication and implementation. The website and key touchpoints were intended to function as effective tools for both sales and brand image.
Clear positioning as an independent premium provider with a distinctive profile in the market for thermal solutions.
Strengthened brand identity and employee engagement through defined brand values and a shared vision.
Consistent, globally applicable brand presence across all touchpoints.
A digital presence with clear user guidance that effectively supports sales and international rollouts.
